DUBAI (Reuters) – Palestinian Islamist group Hamas has acquired a draft proposal from Gaza truce talks in Paris which features a 40-day pause in all navy operations and the alternate of Palestinian prisoners for Israeli hostages at a ratio of 10 to 1, a senior supply near the talks instructed Reuters on Tuesday.
Beneath the proposed ceasefire, hospitals and bakeries in Gaza could be repaired and 500 help vehicles would enter into the enclave every day, the supply mentioned.
