(Reuters) – Common Motors (NYSE:) has been sued by Texas Legal professional Common Ken Paxton, who accused the automaker of promoting drivers’ personal knowledge to a number of corporations, together with insurers, with out their consent.
Paxton stated on Tuesday that the lawsuit adopted his June announcement of a probe into a number of automakers, relating to allegations that they improperly collected mass quantities of driver knowledge and offered it to 3rd events.
