MADRID (Reuters) -At the very least 51 individuals have been killed in flash floods sweeping the japanese Spanish area of Valencia following torrential rains on Tuesday that left roads and cities beneath water, native authorities mentioned on Wednesday.
Dozens of movies shared on social media in a single day appeared to indicate individuals trapped by the floodwaters, with some climbing into timber to keep away from being swept away.
Carlos Mazon, the regional chief of Valencia, instructed a press convention some individuals remained remoted in inaccessible areas.
