The billionaire Winklevoss twins have every donated $1 million in BTC to ex-President Donald Trump in response to the weaponization of the SEC towards crypto.
The founders of the Gemini crypto trade, Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, have donated 30.94 BTC (value round $2 million) to former U.S. President Donald Trump, who’s hoping to return to the White Home in 2024.
In an X assertion, Tyler Winklevoss mentioned he will likely be voting for Donald Trump in November, including the choice was made in response to a hawkish perspective towards crypto from the Biden Administration.

The Gemini co-founder claims the Biden Administration’s actions have been “nothing wanting an unprecedented abuse of energy wielded completely for twisted political acquire on the full expense of innovation, the American taxpayer, and the American economic system.”
The Winklevoss twins have been vocal about their discontent with the U.S. Securities and Change Fee (SEC). Tyler Winklevoss highlighted that the SEC “has not written a single rule for the crypto trade to assist any of its members perceive tips on how to navigate the regulatory panorama for this new asset paradigm.”
Cameron Winklevoss echoed his brother’s sentiments and assist for Trump, asserting that the previous president “will put an finish to the Biden Administration’s battle on crypto.”
