(Reuters) – Thomson Reuters (NYSE:) mentioned on Thursday it has supplied to purchase Sweden’s e-invoicing and tax firm Pagero for six.4 billion Swedish crowns (about $627 million), beating an earlier supply from tax expertise firm Vertex (NASDAQ:).
Thomson Reuters mentioned it has supplied to pay 40 crowns in money for every Pagero share, representing a premium of 11% to Pagero’s final shut on Wednesday.
Thomson Reuters’ bid exceeds the 36 crown per share bid introduced by Vertex for Pagero.
