LONDON (Reuters) – British home costs rose by 0.3% on the month in July and had been 2.1% greater than a 12 months earlier, figures from Nationwide Constructing Society confirmed on Thursday.
Economists polled by Reuters had forecast home costs would rise 0.1% from June’s degree to depart them 1.8% greater than in July 2023.
